Our client is a unique Basqueinspired restaurant set in a beautifully restored period building in the heart of the Cotswolds. This refined venue is passionate about openfire cooking bold flavours and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Theyre searching for a talented Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef and help lead their dynamic kitchen.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Sous Chef
- 35000 to 40000 per annum

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef in delivering bold flavourful dishes inspired by Basque cuisine
- Leading and mentoring a team to maintain exceptional culinary standards
- Ensuring consistency precision and flair across every plate
- Managing kitchen operations including mise en place and service preparation
- Upholding food safety and hygiene regulations to the highest level
