M&E Services Building Surveyor
Location: Perth WA
Employment Type: FullTime Permanent
Visa Sponsorship Available
Salary $120000 Superannuation
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Building Surveyor to take on a standalone role in Perth backed by a national team with offices in Sydney Melbourne and Brisbane. If you thrive in an autonomous environment enjoy direct client engagement and want to manage projects independently this role is for you!
What Youll Be Doing
Preparing condition reports and conducting technical due diligence on existing buildings.
Engaging directly with clients and managing projects independently.
Working closely with a national team while maintaining autonomy in Perth.
Leveraging expertise in mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to provide detailed assessments.
What Youll Need
Experience as a Building Surveyor with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong background in technical due diligence and condition reporting.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a national team.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
