We have a customer in Beaverton OR who has a longterm DIRECT HIRE opening for a Measurement Engineer. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in this role please click APPLY NOW.
In this role you will be responsible for the timely development and documentation for highend measurement/test equipment for further enhancement to existing and new products. You will be responsible or optical software and system design of new measurement equipment and systems and modification of existing products and provide technical support for manufacturing and customer service. You will also perform feasibility studies mathematical and computational analysis experimental testing of measurement methods design and assembly of equipment and test fixtures optical and software design machine vision and positioning optical distortion issues documentation and analysis design reviews and determine test and acceptance criteria for finished products and development of test procedures and diagnosis of problems during production startup
This is a DIRECT HIRE position in Beaverton OR and must be worked on site
Salary range is $80000.00 $100000.00
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- BS or MS Degree in Math or Physics with two years of relevant experience with measurement instrumentation methodology and analysis optics
- Experience coding in C# and Python working knowledge of analog and digital circuits machine vision correct positioning for measurement devices
- Lab experience and knowledge of experimental setup testing documentation and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to schedule plan and prioritize work
