Specific Job Responsibilities:
Primary duties include installation upgrades security and testing maintenance and troubleshooting and documentation of PTC Windchill PDMLink (Product Data and Lifecycle Management) and CREO Computer Aided Design applications. Designs develops and modifies workflows within Windchill and applications interfacing with Windchill. Designs customizations and extensions through modifying existing Windchill PLM solutions. Will work with experienced team members to deliver solutions for Change Notice/Tasks WTParts and EBOM structures. Provide support as necessary including certain business and system administration functions. You will be part of a collaborative team of highly skilled professionals who embrace innovation and creativity. You will be working closely with project shareholders to scope estimate and provide overall technical leadership to develop and implement high quality software solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring implementations adhere to company polices. The position requires a high level of technical expertise and support for the software quality assurance and software engineering life cycle including conceptual design requirements definition functional and computer system design systems development and programming implementation testing installation and configuration management associated with enterprise level solutions. You will be part of a SCRUM team with highly skilled professions who embrace innovation and creativity. You will be working closely with project shareholders to scope estimate and provide overall technical leadership to develop and implement high quality software solutions.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Utilize your technical disciplines and work closely with functional and business team members project management enterprise architects system engineers and application developers to design and develop or modify software supporting modelsbased engineering applications based on approved architecture and business requirements.
- Design and implement innovative solutions to resolve problems.
- Participate as a team member in projects through effective communication with peers customers and management.
- Ensure solutions are wellengineered optimized operable and maintainable while also ensuring adherence to defined project management policies change management guidelines cyber security requirements and software quality assurance processes.
- Prepares and maintains documentation related to computer systems and programs in accordance with established procedures
- Responsible for improving general system knowledge leadership skills and capabilities and providing technical consultation as required. May lead System Design and User Interface Design efforts on new systems
- Accountable for all direct output assigned and for providing direct output support to his/her manager.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering/science/information technology discipline
- Eight years of relevant education training and/or progressive experience may be considered to satisfy educational and yearsofexperience requirements to this posting.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Experience with installation management and user and system support of PTC Windchill applications and CREO.
- Experience in workflow design and development a plus.
- Knowledge of Windchill Thingworx Navigate a plus.
- Oracle or other relational database management systems with experience in SQL.
- Version control tool such as GIT SVN or other code repositories.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and demonstrated success leading in a team environment.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative positive team environment.
- Experience with Agile SCRUM development projects.
- Ability to develop robust and maintainable code with clear documentation.
- Application Security Understanding of how to deliver secure applications and stays current on trends in IT vulnerabilities and counter measures.
- Systems Analysis Experienced at determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions operations and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Leadership Strong abilities to lead the customers and the teams to the best solution.
- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with coworkers staff and external contacts and to work effectively in a professional team environment.
