Job Description
An International Industrial Distributor of Mechanical Automation Pneumatic Hydraulic products with a broad offering of Engineering Services and System design solutions is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to add to our familyat ourWestbrook MElocation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customerinteraction via the telephone email and web; respond and provide solutions to customerspromptly
- Provideimmediate customer support to meet their needs; quotations technical research literature requests manufacturer interaction proposals and expediting
- Escalatebackorders and customer requirements to maximize fill rates and exceed customer expectations
- Providetechnical feedback and design solutions to meet customer requirements
- Collaboratewith a large team of staff engineers to assist in project solutions
- Interactwith manufacturing partners and build sustainable relationships
- Assist with warehouse duties (receiving stocking packing shipping product delivery etc. when needed
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Required Skills
- Technicallyproficient; mechanically and/or electrically
- Passionand Drive
- Abilityto quickly learn and apply technical products
- Strongwritten and verbal communication
- Strong computer skills
- Proventrack record of positive performance
- Excellentorganizational skills
