Your Role:
- Responsible for managing the ordering flow with the 3PLs on a daily basis.
- Responsible for managing the overall Supply replenishment process to ensure sufficient product devices samples demonstration items are available to satisfy all:
- Canada commercial and
- Canada supported Clinical Trial supply requirements
- Manage the importation of all product supplied through Ares Trading utilizing and coordinating EMD Seronos Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding agents for all aspects of the importation of shipments from suppliers
- Responsible for monitoring/managing the customs broker s import entry for all inbound shipments to ensure that supporting data e.g. Tariff Codes according to the Canadian agencies.
- Responsible for monitoring all inventory levels at 3PL and alerting of any potential coverage gaps & provide direction to rectify local supply issues & concerns.
- Coordinate product returns with Quality department.
- Maintain and file all required governmental documentation for importation of pharmaceutical products by EMD Serono Inc. (As required by the Health Canada etc..
- Manage the daily customer orders and improve the customer service level and support.
- Assist the Head of SNO manager with all aspects of the importation of shipments from suppliers: Analysis trouble shooting administration.
- Take a proactive approach to streamline processes on customer service and communication with other functions internally.
- Discover ways to automate manual processes while ensuring data integrity.
- Perform other standard and adhoc reporting for the SNO Controlling & Commercial teams. Coordinate annual destruction runs of commercial sample & clinical products.
- Coordinate monthly meeting with SNO Head to review short dated/near expiration of inventory to ensure proper stock rotation.
- Manage all aspects of new item creation/revisions for Canada new launches & existing products
- Review daily reconciliation report to identify discrepancies of out of balance inventory & resolve accordingly
Who you are:
MinimumQualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years experience in Logistics analysis and/or operations preferably in the pharma industry
- English & French are required
- ERP systems : SAP experience
