Job Title:Production Senior Superintendent

Job Summary/Purpose
Directs plans and coordinates plant operation maintenance planning/scheduling stores and staffing to meet site production needs. Manages daytoday plant operations and maintenance planning and champions employee and contractor safety programs drives continuous improvement in plant operations and maintenance and actively participates in budget development and the effective management of allocated financial resources. Effectively manages operational issues to support system needs evaluates performance of and develops direct reports and their subordinates maintains high standards of diversity and inclusion ethics and integrity supports Entergys Continuous Improvement program by serving as a champion of change and manages staff through effective hiring practices.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Bachelors degree in engineering or technical degree preferred.
