The Receptionist is responsible for the connection of every customer to the destination they need within our dealerships. We are looking for an outgoing motivated team driven professional to join our team!

Schedule:
Schedule for 2025 hours part time reception position:
If scheduled MondayFriday shift 3pm8pm)
Saturdays are mandatory. Run 2 shifts 8am2pm or 2pm 8pm)
2 Sundays a month are mandatory 10am7pm)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills
- A positive attitude exceptional work ethic and a willingness to learn
Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Dedicated to provide exemplary customer service/hospitality as the first point of contact for all customers
- Identify client needs and route the phone calls/in person requests to the correct department
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Phone experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and on your own
- Ensure the reception and lounge area is well maintained
- We give preference to applicants who are willing to provide documentation of COVID19 vaccination or qualification for medical or religious exception
