Join the Community team as the Manager of Rehab Services at the brandnew Burnett Extended Care Center a stateoftheart 154bed facility set to open by mid2025 at our downtown Fresno campus. Burnett will address critical postacute care needs in the region with specialized units for Memory Care LongTerm Care and Transitional Care providing an exciting opportunity to be part of a comprehensive rehab program in a cuttingedge postacute setting.
As the Rehab Manager you will oversee the development implementation and evaluation of department goals policies and standards of care ensuring the highest level of rehabilitation services in a comprehensive postacute setting. You will be instrumental in shaping team culture fostering professional growth and driving excellence in patient outcomes. Your ability to lead staff development manage budgets and build strong interdepartmental relationships will be essential to the programs success. You will be a detailoriented leader and proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills capable of fostering a learning environment and vision for the department. Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or SpeechLanguage Pathology
- 3 years in an acute care/rehabilitation department of a medical center serving a diverse patient population
- 2 years in staff supervision or leadership responsibilities
- 2 years as a member of or working with a multidisciplinary team
- 3 years experience as a staff therapist
