Overview:
- Fulltime Fixed Term position until December 2026
- Salary HEW 9 $130748 $Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
- Based at the Melbourne CBD campus
About the Role
The Program & Partnerships Manager reports to the Director Health Transformation (HTL) and is responsible for endtoend program design and delivery project management and partnership management for the HTLs portfolio.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Leadership of the end to end process for new or existing initiatives including concepting and proposal development to project delivery and completion
- Development of strategic relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders within the health and medtech ecosystem
- Development of proposals tenders or bids for funding and commercial investment.
- Oversight of the development production and maintenance of the Health Transformation Labs technology assets.
- Oversight and people management for direct reports and adhoc project resources
To be successful in this position youll have:
- Understanding of context: Sound knowledge of the healthcare medtech emerging technology trends ideas and methods
- Analytical ability: Demonstrated experience in combining multiple sets of information and evidence to inform clear and concise strategy insight and management materials.
- Excellent writing skills: including demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive recommendations implementation plans and reports.
- Effective communication skills: (written and verbal) and trackrecord in engaging successfully with internal and external stakeholders with a demonstrated highlevel of judgement and discretion.
- Innovative style and mindset: A highdegree of demonstrated ability to build prototype and develop novel ideas initiatives strategies and/or initiatives in health or medtech environments.
