Provides team leadership to support activities to provide effective customer support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Leads a small to medium sized team of support engineers and technicians assigning work defining responsibilities monitoring team performance and aligning activities to fulfill business objectives. Provides hiring promotion and disciplinary action recommendations as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.Nationality Requirements
