Keg Line Operator SweetWater Atlanta

About SweetWater Brewing Co.
SweetWater Brewing Company is seeking a personable reliable and driven lover of the good life who embraces our 420lifestyle. If you are a selfstarter who knows how to work and play hard and you have an unwavering passion for independent craft beer; grab your kayak and hop in the river with us! You will have the time of your life sharing our delicious SweetWater brews with likeminded adventurous types. Hard chargers with an entrepreneurial spirit who approach business music and all aspects of life with the same vigor are welcome. Those who can go deep but are unable to answer the bell every morning need not apply.
Shift: MondayFriday2:00 PM 10:00 PM EST
(occasional overtime and weekend work available)
Starting Pay: $20.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
  • Working safely with highspeed keg cleaning and filling equipment
  • Operating maintaining troubleshooting and cleaning equipment
  • Utilizing good manufacturing practices (GMP) for clean tank connections and product handling in cellar
  • Ensuring product quality through visual inspection and quality assurance checks
  • Continuously maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
  • Working independently to maintain timely of keg line operation
  • Constantly maintaining a sense of urgency while working to improve waste quality and efficiency
Mandatory qualifications:
  • Cleaninplace (CIP) experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing environment and be fork lift certified.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying 100 lbs.
  • Candidates must demonstrate selfmanagement good organizational skills problem solving root cause analysis attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Have reliable transportation to/from work
