Marketing Intern Part Time Job Summary This is a position that provides 812 weeks of training and development of knowledge critical to a person seeking a career path in marketing. Must be selfmotivated creative and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fastpaced multioffice environment. Job duties include assisting with the creation and implementation of marketing events online brand awareness social media creation and reporting on the impact of the marketing methods utilized. Also supplies support to those with marketing projects to ensure a positive outcome with a finished product that reflects the branding of the bank. Primary Location/Schedule: - 3110 S Delaware Springfield MO 65804
- 8:00 pm 5:00 pm Monday Friday
- Parttime 2025 hours per week average; up to 12 weeks
Position Requirements: - HS diploma with interest in developing skills for Marketing career paths
- Valid motor vehicle drivers license and evidence of insurance
- Excellent skills in organization time management and communication (verbal written interpersonal)
- Ability to sit speak and type for extended periods of time
- Ability to successfully teach and provide instruction; as well as high patience and tolerance for repetitive issues.
- Ability to maintain composure productivity and helpful demeanor during stressful activities
- Ability to selfgovern work performance and prioritize tasks
- Ability to assimilate and utilize tools and resources with minimal training
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties
Required Skills: - Disciplined in protecting and managing highly confidential information/material
- Effective problemsolving skills and an unstoppable attitude
- Strong social media and content marketing acumen
- Demonstrated knowledge of graphic design tools and art direction including Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient at relationship management of agencies consultants vendors and community partners
- Demonstrate selfmotivation; productive efficient organized accurate work output while working independently and within a team environment
- Assist with regular market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to follow instructions
- Strong multitasking skills to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
