San Antonio Medical Coding Apprenticeship
Guidehouse is seeking certified CPCA Medical Coders for our Medical Coding Apprenticeship program in San Antonio TX. Guidehouse has teamed up with a local partner to provide contract roles to support the program. Our goal is to help you on the track to being able to remove the A from your credential while gaining valuable real world experience in coding. One requirement for removal through the AAPC is tocomplete their Practicode program with a total of 600 cases (both surgical and evaluation andmanagement coding). Practicode will give you the opportunity to practice with real cases onlinethrough the AAPC.
What You Will Need:
High School Diploma
Must have a current AAPC CPCA credential
Must have completed 80 qualifying course hours (Coding preparation course) or 1 year of qualifying work experience (on the job experience using CPT ICD10CM or HCPCS Level II code sets)
Must be local to San Antonio TX
