Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supporting the development flow cytometry method particularly QC release assays
- Creating and supporting the qualification of phenotype purity and expression panels
- Create CMC data for IND filings and support writing of method development sections
- Training of QC staff in preparation of tech transfer
- As needed support development of immunoassays molecular and cellbased methods
- Key contributor to researching investigating and implementing new technologies and methods
- Mentor and supervise junior Associates
- Independently perform experiments organize and analyze results
- Successfully execute and document laboratory procedures and experiments with great attention to detail
- Maintain accurate lab records and notebooks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor or masters degree in Cell & Molecular Biology or related life science field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience analytical development industry experience is strongly preferred
- Strong experience in development of flow cytometry methods
- Experience with method qualification and transfer
- Experience with tissue culture (adherent and suspension)
- Experience with molecular and immunobased methods (qPCR dPCR ELISA) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to think critically and demonstrate troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Must be a team player proactive and willing to work in a small team environment
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS office and other commonly used software and technology platforms
- Selfmotivated and eager to take on temporary responsibilities outside of initial job description
Salary and Benefits
- The base salary range for this role is $46.00$55.00 per hour. Starting pay is determined by multiple jobrelated factors including a candidates skills education and experience level benchmark and internal parity.
