This position is a mandatory reporter of suspect abuse neglect or exploitation of individuals over the of 60 and those with disabilities over the age of 18.
This position may be eligible for telework within the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy.
This position is open until filled with frequent screening of applicants.
This position will be based in the in the Bozeman area and will cover Gallatin and Park Counties.

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Senior and Long Term Care Adult Protective Services.
The Adult Protective Services Investigator investigates adult abuse neglect and exploitation referrals to develop service plans for adults at risk.Responsibilities of this position include conducting investigations interventions and placement of abuse neglect and exploitation of vulnerable adults; providing recommendations and support to the vulnerable adult their families or others who may be involved in the vulnerable adults life; and preparing case records to accurately report and allow the Department to take the necessary steps to implement intervention plans.
