The Opportunity
Maropost Australia is seeking a high impact and driven Demand Generation Manager with multichannel expertise to join our growth journey! Reporting to the Global Director of Demand Generation this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a highperforming global marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving growth for the company.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of datadriven demand creation practices nurture strategies and effective conversion tactics to implement a robust and scalable demand program across Maroposts key markets in Australia and New Zealand. Success in this role requires significant crossfunctional collaboration with various teams and marketing roles to execute programs precisely and deliver predictable measurable results.
What Youll be Responsible for
- Establishing a comprehensive crosschannel playbook for demand generation comprising social media events media advertising CRM and more. This playbook ensures alignment with regional goals and the companys overall objectives.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional partners (Sales Product Marketing Partners) to ideate launch and optimize buyerspecific programs spanning the entire marketing funnel and sales cycle from topoffunnel demand creation to pipeline closure.
- Taking the lead on A/B testing strategy to optimize learnings for emails landing pages content and digital ads.
- Working closely with the Marketing Ops team to set up campaigns track and report campaign impact and optimize lead handoff processes and Sales followups in collaboration with Sales leadership.
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing leaders to ensure quality demand delivery is tied to Sales goals and making necessary adjustments as campaign unfolds.
- Managing the coordination of field events ensuring seamless and a positive attendee experience.
- Monitoring external trends and recommending new strategies to boost efficiency and revenue.
What Youll bring to Maropost
- 4 to 6 years of proven success in demand generation preferably in the B2B SaaS space bonus points for eCommerce or Retail Tech experience.
- A track record of success in delivering integrated and consistent messaging across multiple channels including email paid advertising webinar events and more to achieve sales goals.
- Strong project management skills capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrating initiative selfmotivation and resourcefulness with the ability to understand what it means to walk in the shoes of a Sales Rep provide insights and recommend improvements to demand strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and other optimization tools.
- A mindset of dreaming big iterating and experimenting to drive innovation and creativity.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20 30 will vary based on the time of year) to support partner or field events.
