About Visy:
Visy is powering the circular economy closing the loop between packaging recycling and remanufacturing. We believe materials are not truly recycled until theyre made into something newand it all starts with Visy Recycling. As Australias largest recycler our extensive network of recycling operations is integrated with our manufacturing sites. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper cardboard glass plastics and metals from households and businesses and locally remanufacture them back into new sustainable packaging.
The opportunity:
Seeking experienced Forklift Operators looking for the next step in their career! Based within our Wingfield of Port Adelaide sites reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor we have positions available on afternoon shift and rotating shift. The successful candidate will have a Forklift license prior counterbalance experience and ability to work across two sites (when required).
Afternoon Shift: 2pm 10pm
Rotation: 1 week day 6am 2pm) 1 week afternoon 2pm 10pm)
What you will bring to the team:
- A valid Forklift & Driver license
- Recent counterbalance experience essential
- Experience with twin tynes desirable but not essential
- Relevant experience with glass or liquid product desirable but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously and be self sufficient
- A strong commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
