Job Description
Our client a coastal healthcare facility in OR located about 1 hrs from Portland has a need for a Day shift Pharmacist to join their team.
$10000 Signon Bonus
The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of highquality individualized costeffective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patients medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
Required Qualifications:
PharmD Pharmacy Or
Bachelors Degree Pharmacy
Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications:
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience 1 year or equivalent experience
Completion of ASHPaccredited PGY1 residency
Salary range is $134035 to $211598
