About The Opportunity
Programmed is looking for a passionate Horticulturalist/Gardener to join our dedicated crew in delivering exceptional services to our valued customers. This is more than just a job Its a longterm career opportunity with stability growth and plenty of perks.
This is a Fulltime position working Monday to Friday with the option for Overtime hours on the weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.
- Undertake all horticultural activities including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
- Implement mulching and planting programs.
- Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment.
- Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.
- Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.
- Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
About You
- Certificate II or III in Horticulture (desired but not essential)
- A Current Drivers license
- Experience in operating a range of mowers and small plant equipment
- The ability to execute work to a high standard.
- A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health Safety and Environment systems
