About the role:
- Fulltime permanent position
- MondayFriday 8a5p
- FNP / PA will work in an outpatient setting seeing an underserved patient population
- Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant will be responsible for Primary Care services helping individuals manage their chronic conditions preventative care and patient education
- APP will be the sole provider in this clinic with a lot of support and collaboration within the organization
Background:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA
- 1.52 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
