Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Jr. Cybersecurity Engineeris expected to be able to:
- Develop execute and track the performance of security measures to protect information and network infrastructure and computer systems.
- Design computer security strategy and engineer comprehensive cybersecurity architecture. Identify define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions to management.
- Configure troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure software and hardware.
- Install software that monitors systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions.
- Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures.
- Plan develop implement and update companys information security strategy.
- Implements and designs security countermeasures to respond in the event of a security breach.
- Coordinates security rules and internal access authorization with IT Operations leadership and management.
- Configures and maintains user access and accounts.
- Ensures compliance with security policies and procedures as well as industryspecific regulations.
- Evaluates and recommends security and equipment updates as necessary.
- Prepares and maintains technical documentation.
- Conducts periodic risk management audits to ensure company security is updated and as effective as possible.
- May design lead and conduct security policy training and education.
- Research latest security threats and methods to counteract security risks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly
- HS 810 years experience; BS 24 years experience; MS 02 years experience

We are seeking a Jr. Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agencys Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Jr. Cybersecurity Engineer oversees security plans and details security policies.

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $142000..00. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
