Main activities :
Customer Management / Customer saltisfaction :
You coordinate all technical activities for our key customers for components products.
You develop current and new customer relationship to earn respect and confidence via reliable customer support.
You have full responsability for technical exchanges and specifiations releases merpitting achievement of customers expectations and targets.
Market trends / Business growth :
You collect customer and market potential together with Engineering and TSS Sales and businesss development teams.
You analyse fundamental technical trends in the market segment including competitors development.
You forsee and pursue new applications for future carlines.
You define the components technical and adapted strategy for OEMS or device makers
Product development :
You are the inface with internal and external customers with engineers and prject managers to define the project schedule for drawings specifications technical manuals and other documents.
Project follow up and anaysis :
You support new product introduction at customers manufacturing sites where required
You monitor important project milestones during desing activites and support internal tool accordingly.
