Job Description Summary
Providing formal technical and clinical training to customers: doctors and biomedical engineers that have purchased a GE Healthcare Ultrasound product dedicated to WH. Supervised responsibilities include ongoing postsale customer support onsite clinical visits for education sessions. Supervised responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during presale activities and congresses promotion and support.Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsibilities include ongoing postsale customer support onsite clinical visits for education sessions.
- Product demonstrations during presale activities and congresses promotion and support.
- Build optimal show sites to support customer visits
- Support sales team during customer visits through product demos and clinical presentation
- Support application team in the adoption of new products/applications
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Biomedical Engineering or related
- Strong clinical and technical background;
- Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
- Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills
- Solid problem solving skills
- Selfmotivated willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
- Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
- Fluent in English and Italian
