Ambition 24 Hours one of South Africas Leading Nursing Agencies has a fantastic opportunity for a adhoc Clinical Facilitator
The Main Purpose of the Job:
To complete adhoc risk assessments for various homecare clients.
Responsibilities & Competencies:
- Client visits with Homecare clients
- Reporting & Documenting
- Updating care plans
- Must bestrong administratively
- Good Eye for detail
- Excellent patient care experience
- Ability to prevent or limit risk
- Ability to understand client needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Must be willing to travel with a valid Drivers License
Required Education:
Degree / Diploma in Nursing
Desired Education:
Nursing Education Diploma; Unit specific certificate or diploma where appropriate (e.g. Emergency Centre / Operating Theatre / Critical Care Unit)
Essential Minimal Requirements:
1 year of Clinical Experience as a professional nurse
Desired Experience
12 years experience as a peer mentor; 12 years experience as a workplace assessor.
