Job Description

CREST is currently looking for two 2 fulltime BCBAs for our Andover campus.The mission of CREST Collaborative is to serve member school districts in meeting their unique needs in a changing global community through cooperative visionary leadership and coordination of resources and services. Collaborative services maximize efficiency quality and equality of educational opportunity. ABOUT THE POSITIONThe BCBA reports directly to the Assistant Program Director. The BCBA position supports our programs and students at 20 Shattuck Rd in Andover MA. This position may also support area member districts. Position requires leadership experience and ability to multi task. RESPONSIBILITIESComplete FBAsComplete ABLLSR VBMAPP and related assessmentsDevelop individualized behavior plansOversee initial program setup (completion of assessment and evaluation development of goals and objectives)Manage data collection: Designing individualized data collection overseeing the data collection methods and ongoing monitoring and analyzing of dataAbility to train staff and lead professional development is necessaryProvide ongoing monthly supervision to registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
