Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD or DO) to perform comprehensive medical evaluations. Our ideal candidate will conduct physical assessments review medical histories and prepare a report that will be used as part of the process to evaluate the disabled individuals application for Social Security benefits.The parttime position is 1099 Fee For Service. $40.00 per exam
Responsibilities:
- Medical Evaluations: Perform indepth medical assessments including gathering medical histories and conducting physical examinations of applicants.
- Diagnostic Interpretation: Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests and medical data.
- Report Writing: Create a comprehensive medical report including accurate and complete descriptions of the applicants condition(s).
- Data Submission: Utilize our userfriendly report generation platform to submit your report quickly and easily.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or MD/DO license.
- Completion of a masters degree in nursing or completion of a medical degree
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD or DO).
- Preferred specialties include family medicine emergency medicine internal medicine occupational medicine physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) or orthopedics.
