The Role: Reporting and Analytics Analyst
The Team: MarkitSERV provides an endtoend solution for posttrade transaction management of credit interest rate equity and foreign exchange derivatives. MarkitSERV also connects dealers and buyside institutions to central clearing counterparties trade repositories and electronic swap markets. MarkitSERV Operations provides operational daytoday customer support for all services supported within the MarkitSERV suite of products. They are also responsible for the new client setup and new process adherence for the external Buy Side and Dealer communities. They work closely with Product Management Client Account Management Business Development and IT to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. The group is also responsible for incident reporting and escalation.

Whats in it for you:
We are looking for selfdriven individuals with strong MIS skills advanced excel and database management focusing on data analysis & report generation for timely delivery to join our growing analytics team within the Client Services group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development implementation and support of missioncritical enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) reports Power BI Looker Studio Excel Reports and other tools working with crossfunctional teams across OSTTRA suite of products. The analytics team supports Client Services Management in providing transparency across their key risk indicators in order to manage their business and maintain a robust control framework across the Global Implementation and Client Services teams.

Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the MIS analyst include collecting maintaining and analysing data and making this data accessible to those who need the information to streamline business processes.
Collaborating with the Global Client Service senior management team to produce and streamline monthly MI to provide transparency around Client Service and Onboarding activity
Preparing reports and presenting these to management. Seeking feedback to improve and optimise
Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
Organising and transforming information into comprehensible structures. Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easytounderstand formats such as diagrams and graphs
Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data
Identifying and recommending new ways to streamline metrics and controls.
Engagement with the broader CS team to understand the business foundations/rationale of the key risk indicators
Leveraging experience with data analysis and business automation tools to improve/extend the suite of performance and business metrics available to the management team
What Were Looking For:
3 years of experience required
Advanced in Excel and Database Management (incl PowerBI)
Experience using Salesforce CRM tool
Experience with data analysis and business automation tools
Knowledge of Python scripting Bigdata Query Google Looker Tableau would be beneficial
Knowledge of OTC derivative productsTrade confirmations and financial markets is an advantage but not a requirement
