As we expand in Naples were looking for a Service Technician to help take our service department to the next level!

As we expand in Naples were looking for a Service Technician to help take our service department to the next level!
Location and Compensation:
- Location: Naples FL
- $28$45/hour (based on experience)

What Youll Be Doing:
- Troubleshoot and service residential AV systems including:
- Lowvoltage wiring
- Speakers TVs and networks
- Surveillance access control lighting and motorized shades
- Configure and commission networks Savant & Crestron Home control systems and Lutron Homeworks lighting systems
- Engage with clients to provide solutions and build lasting relationships
- Train customers on their systems to maximize their experience
- Identify and recommend upgrades to enhance client systems
- Thoroughly test systems for proper functionality and performance
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AV service or installation
- Strong troubleshooting & networking skills
- Proficiency in Apple & Windows environments
- Experience with Savant Crestron and Lutron programming
- Have a valid drivers license and insurance
- Someone who is solutionoriented positive and focused
