As a Starbucks Barista at Banff Gondola your daily pursuit is simple: to craft highquality beverages and create a memorable experience to every customer. We offer competitive pay to our Baristas including a$16.50hourly wage. In addition to your base pay youll also have the opportunity to earn tips which can significantly boost your takehome pay.

As a Starbucks Barista your daytoday responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service:Greet customers with a smile take their orders with care and ensure they have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
• Crafting highquality beverages:Prepare espresso drinks drip coffee teas and other specialty drinks to perfection. Youll be responsible for creating consistent and delicious drinks within each order.
• Managing cash and transactions:Accurately process orders and payments handling cash credit cards and other forms of payment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace:Ensure all caf areas are clean tidy and stocked so customers always receive service in a welcoming environment.
• Supporting the team:Work closely with fellow baristas to keep the caf running smoothly. This includes assisting with restocking cleaning and other general caf duties as needed.
• Engaging with customers:Build rapport with frequent customers suggest new beverages and share your love of coffee with others.

• Basic barista experience:While prior experience is a plus its not required. Were happy to train motivated individuals who are passionate about coffee and eager to learn.
• Customer service skills:A friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively and provide a high level of service.
• Attention to detail:Precision in brewing making drinks and ensuring customer orders are accurate.
• Multitasking ability:The caf can get busy so the ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks at once is essential.
• Teamwork:Youll be working closely with other baristas and staff members so being a team player and helping out where needed is important.
• Positive attitude and passion for coffee:A love for coffee and a commitment to making customers days better with every cup.
