What makes you stand out:
Over a decade of experience in insurance broking with a strong understanding of business and organizational risk management.
A proven track record of managing complex accounts and strategic client engagement.
Exceptional communication influencing and negotiation skills.
Essential Tier 1 FSRA Compliance; a tertiary qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Develop implement and manage risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client decisionmakers through regular communication and meetings.
Expand and retain a highvalue portfolio while mentoring junior broking professionals to achieve team objectives.
Oversee risk and insurance program renewals ensuring comprehensive knowledge of major insurance categories and relevant regulations.
Engage in industry events and client functions to build a robust professional network and represent Marsh effectively.
Working in a team based servicing environment servicing Risk Management clients through their insurance renewals and annual insurance cycle.
