Mission Statement:

The Senior IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing our document management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT business analysis experience with document management systems and the ability to work effectively in a global enterprise environment. This role requires exceptional analytical skills a deep understanding of business processes and the capability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for document publishing solutions.

  • Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.

  • Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure the successful implementation of document publishing solutions.

  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.

  • Assist in the creation of test plans test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Provide ongoing support and training to endusers to ensure effective use of document publishing solutions.

  • Monitor project progress identify risks and communicate status to stakeholders.

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in document management and publishing.

Your Background:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst preferably in a global enterprise environment.

  • Proven experience with document management solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements management tools.

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP CCBA or equivalent) is a plus.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
