The Opportunity

Components needs to strengthen its existing LBPO department which currently consists of 8 Business Process Specialists. The department is responsible for SAP and surrounding production systems with the aim of providing our end users with the conditions to work in an efficient IT environment.

Initially the need for reinforcement is driven by an upcoming project that will last for about 24 years and the profile we are looking for is a project manager. The current product configurator (PCF LN) which is connected to SAP needs to be replaced with a new tool.

We highly value personal qualities for this position. To fit in with our team you need to be curious and openminded. With minimal guidelines provided you should have a natural drive and the ability to set up the roadmap from A to Z. While the business will support you you will be the engine driving our success.

Evaluating and implementing the replacement of our existing configurator which is the brain of our sales and order process is crucial. This needs to be done with the premise that the business will operate efficiently for many years to come. • Lead plan coordinate and follow up on project according to the time plan.
• Coach and lead team members effectively; collaboration skills are essential as multiple internal and external parties are involved.
• Communicate and report tasks primarily in English; fluency in speaking and writing English is necessary.

• Focus on userfriendly and performanceoriented solutions.
• Deliver training and instructions to all involved stakeholders and end users later in the project.

• It is meritorious if you have knowledge of SAP PCF LN and Windchill.
