Job Description
Client is a leading provider of drilling solutions globally is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windchill Solution Architect to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Windchill solutions ensuring they align with our business needs and technical strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Windchill PLM solutions ensuring they align with the companys business needs and technical strategy.
- Provide technical leadership in the planning design and implementation of Windchill solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements deliverables and set and manage expectations.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and design specifications.
- Work with the development team to ensure the solution is implemented as designed.
- Conduct solution testing and validation.
- Provide postimplementation support including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Stay uptodate with the latest Windchill features and technologies and provide recommendations for their application within our business.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill implementation and usage. This includes the ability to analyze problems identify root causes and develop and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. This includes the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms and to gather and interpret business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience 7 working with PTCs Windchill PLM software including experience in designing implementing and managing Windchill solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Windchill solutions.
- Strong understanding of PLM processes.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and lead projects.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Java SQL XML.
