Job Description
SpeechLanguage Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)Location: Oxnard CACompany: AmergisPay: $50$53 per hourEmployment Type: FulltimeBenefits:Full benefits package including medical dental and vision insuranceAdditional stipends for candidates residing over 50 miles awayJob Responsibilities:Assist credentialed SpeechLanguage Pathologists in providing therapy services to studentsImplement treatment plans designed by SpeechLanguage PathologistsConduct speech and language screeningsCollect and record data on student progressMaintain accurate records and documentationCollaborate with educators and other professionals to support student needsQualifications:Associates degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology Assistant program or equivalentValid state licensure as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist AssistantStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrefer experience in a school setting but not requiredAdditional Information:Start: ASAP (through end of school year and potentially ESY)To apply please send a resume to with a good time to set up a phone call
