Job Description

Job Posting Title: Director of Wealth

Department: Wealth Management Marketing

Reporting to: VP of Wealth Management

Location: Onsite split between Topeka or Lenexa KS offices

Overview:

If youre knowledgeable about investment products and solutions with extensive sales experience wed love to see your resume for this position! As a Director of Wealth you will have a direct influence on the success of independent advisors business through coaching sales and marketing strategy and general office support.

What youll do:

Drive asset growth and retention by proactively engaging with advisors utilizing the Wealth Management platform; delivering comprehensive product knowledge innovative sales strategies sales support and marketing insight
Handle incoming phone calls and requests for information sales and marketing material product analysis and problem resolution
Provide strategic consultation on new opportunities and best practices to optimize performance
Perform competitive analysis within product lines and maintain knowledge of the investment industry

Experience youll bring:

5 years of direct Broker Dealer Investment Management or Registered Investment Advisors experience
13 years experience in sales
FINRA Series 7/66 and/or 65
Investment product knowledge and understanding of financial planning capital markets and compliance

Bonus Points:

Previous sales or recruiting experience
CFP CFA or CIMA certification
