Join our passionate team at 205 Sunnyview Lane and make a real difference in patients lives! As part of our dynamic multidisciplinary clinic (Physical Occupational and Speech Therapy) youll provide topnotch care to patients of all diagnoses.

Experience with neurological conditions such as CVA TBI Parkinsons and Vestibular disorders is a plus! Collaborate closely with our OT and Speech teams to help patients achieve their best possible function.

Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • Current Montana Physical Therapy license or

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with the ability to obtain a Montana license within 30 days of hire.

    • Current HS AED CPR certification.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize work independently or as part of a team.

  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations with tact.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Job Specific Duties:

  • Develop implement and adjust personalized physical therapy plans.

  • Conduct thorough assessments covering physical mental emotional and psychosocial needs.

  • Create and update plans of care with clear goals interventions and visit frequency.

  • Plan communicate and supervise therapy services efficiently.

  • Provide treatment in alignment with physical therapy standards and departmental policies.

  • Actively engage in the rehabilitation process assessing and setting patient goals.

  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication with patients and team members.

  • Ensure accurate timely documentation meeting payer guidelines (Medicare Private Insurance Medicaid) and Montana regulations.

  • Contribute to department projects and community outreach initiatives.

  • Meet department productivity standards.

Day Shift 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
