Job Description
At Overture Home Care we are currently seeking professional reliable and empathetic Caregivers and CNAs available for Weekends and Weekdays to work with a client in the Weatherford area.
We assist seniors all over Fort Worth Weatherford Granbury Bedford North Richland Hills Cleburne and more! We understand how tough the care giving job can be because many of our support team has started out as caregivers too.
Because you do so much we make sure you are taken care of as well. Heres what we mean:
- A $100 New Hire Bonus simply for working 10 shifts and having great attendance at 30 days
- You get paid weekly every Thursday and we pay via direct deposit

Overture Home Care offers RNdelegated home care and companion services to seniors and other individuals requiring care. The companys highlytrained caregivers are overseen by staff RNs delivering a variety of services to enable their clients to live independently safely and with dignity.
Duties include:
- Provide care as directed by the Case Manager to clients requiring inhome
- Provide assistance with ADLs AIDLs transportation light housekeeping and meals
- Reports observations and other pertinent information related to the care of the client
- Documents information related to client care on agency forms or in electronic record
- Provides services that support the care delivered to the client
- Provides input in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care
- Participates in the development of client objectives
- Participates in the identification of staff educational needs
- Conducts self in a professional manner in compliance with agency policies
- Participates in the quality assessment and improvement process and activities
- Communicates clients progress to Case Manager; report condition changes
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check
- Must be able to assist with lifts and transfers
