Job Description
Job Summary:
The Service Advisor at Classic Toyota Wilkesboro will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient and effective operation of the service department. This individual will work closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns while also coordinating with the technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs. This is a fulltime position in North Wilkesboro North Carolina and is ideal for a motivated individual who has a passion for the auto industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a fulltime salary position with a range of $60000 to $100000 per year. Compensation will be paid semimonthly and will include a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical dental and vision insurance retirement savings plan paid time off and employee discounts on vehicle purchases services and parts.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their concerns and repair needs
Record all customer information vehicle history and notes in the service database
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process on any updates delays or additional recommendations
Evaluate vehicle issues and schedule repairs with the appropriate technician
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all repairs within the estimated timeframe
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or complaints
Monitor and report on service department performance and make recommendations for improvement
Keep uptodate on new products services and industry trends
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership operations
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
High school diploma GED or equivalent
Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
