Job Description
Extrusion Operator Trainee
Location: Knoxville TN
Salary: $15.00 per hour plus production bonuses. Raise after the training period!
Shift: Swing Shift 3 nights on 4 days off; 3 days on 4 days off. ONLY WORK 15 DAYS A MONTH!
Job Description: Join our team in a small work environment where no prior experience is needed. As an Extrusion Operator Trainee you will be trained to handle equipment and processes involved in extrusion. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Learning and assisting in the extrusion process.
- Ensuring the safe operation of machinery.
- Working closely with experienced operators to learn quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean work environment.
- Adhering to production schedules and meeting performance goals.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; we will provide training.
- Must be reliable detailoriented and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety guidelines.
