Job Description
The Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics within the School of Public Health at Indiana University Bloomington are inviting applications for two postdoctoral fellow positions in Infectious Disease Modeling and Data Analysis . Working under the direct supervision and mentorship of Dr. Marco Ajelli and Dr. Maria Litvinova the postdoctoral fellows will develop mathematical models and analyze epidemiological and socioeconomic data to advance the knowledge in the field of infectious disease epidemiology . The postdoctoral fellows will be hired for a oneyear position with opportunity for renewal on a yearly basis assuming satisfactory performance. The positions include benefits and compensation congruent with NIH stipend levels. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis with full consideration for those appling by February 25 2024 and evaluated via an expedited decision process. The appointment start date is negotiable on a casebycase basis and could begin as early as April 1 2024.
