Location: Northwest Return to Work (NWRTW) Lynnwood WA

We offer a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to help patients progress from acute orthopedic injuries through comprehensive work rehabilitation and successful return to work.
Position Overview
Were seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of specialists. This role offers a unique opportunity to work an interdisciplinary team that values collaboration and evidencebased outcomes. You will have an opportunity with diverse orthopedic and neurologic conditions while making a meaningful impact on patients recovery and ability to return to productive employment.
Employment Type: Fulltime (parttime and PRN positions also available)
Salary Range: $85829 $110000 per year DOE
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Washington Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain
- CPR Certification (within 60 days of hire)
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience or exceptional new graduate
- Experience in orthopedic conditions and work rehabilitation
- Understanding of Workers Compensation processes and requirements
- Strong interest in helping injured workers return to productive employment
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for injured workers
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals
- Implement evidencebased interventions focused on functional restoration
- Coordinate care within our multidisciplinary team
- Create effective home exercise programs and patient education materials
- Maintain detailed documentation that meets Labor & Industries guidelines
- Participate in team conferences and program development initiatives
- Track and document functional progress to support returntowork goals
