Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customeroriented Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Hampton InnBostonNatick. As a Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure our guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with the checkin and checkout process.
- Answer phone calls and provide information regarding hotel facilities services and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
- Assist in making reservations coordinating transportation and providing concierge services.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer servicerelated role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
