What Youll Be Doing
The Sr. Operations Management position will assist with performing daily quality assurance review of loans booked in the originating loan system against the executed documents such as attorney prepared Credit Agreement Note Lease Agreements etc. to ensure data integrity identify discrepancies as well as submitting errors for correction in a timely manner. Additionally the job will be responsible for the review of all maintenance change /request which would consist of any changes made to the system after the loan has been booked and the validation of the supporting documentation submitted. While following bank policies and procedures using various reports as well as ensuring to help mitigate risk for the bank.

How Youll Succeed
Collaborative & Strong Communicator Work collaboratively with Banking Centre employees and support Executors and estate beneficiaries on all aspects of the estate of a deceased client. Comfortable with phone conversations and phone etiquette.
Equipment Finance Extensive knowledge of Equipment Lease Finance and Commercial credit and lending terminology as well as strong documentation background.
ClientFocused Escalate to banking Centre employees all issues that may impact the ongoing client relationship. Develop strong relationships with banking Centre employees to build sustained confidence in order to improve the overall client experience during what could be a very difficult and sensitive time in the clients life.
System Savvy Experienced with at least one of the banks major loan processing systems preferably (ACBS and Aspire a plus). Ability to navigate many varied systems and is technically savvy. Examples of systems used in this role: COINS ECIF CORFAX CORE ADP Broadridge.
Knowledge of products Ability to read and interpret complexed loan documentation and would be an asset if you are familiar with any CIBC products; bank accounts; credit cards; lending; investments; mortgages etc.
MultiTasker experienced with multitasking and working in fastpaced oftenchanging environment. Experience working in a team where processes and procedures are changing and updating.
Detail Oriented Complete all necessary activities related to the processing of all parts of an estate. Act as the Subject Matter Expert on dealing with the estate of a client and the various product requirements to settle the deceased clients estate
Experience Minimum of 23 years of experience within the loan or lease industry.

At CIBC we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $78000.00 $85000.00 for the Chicago market based on experience qualifications and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
