Know Your Rights: LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the emergency care setting.
Position is fulltime 36 hours per week on evening shift working 11:00am11:30pm. Must be able to work every other weekend and holidays on rotation.
Must have a minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in an acute care setting preferably in an Emergency Department.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
1. Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. IV certification upon hire; Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification preferred.
