About the Role

The Practice Management Lead will be a key contributor leading the of strategic priorities for Retirement Services. The individual will be responsible for working with the field management to drive learnings from analytics insights and drive measurements of the impact. This role will drive efficiency and modernization of the sales organization by driving the adoption of sales tools and consistent practice management initiatives. The role will have a heavy emphasis on Salesforce and growth through data and insights. The Practice Management lead will be the subject matter expert for overseeing user adoption enhancements and best practices across Retirement Services in collaboration with Sales Leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with field management to define and implement best business practices based on organizational goals and sales model requirements.
  • Drive adoption and integration of sales tools aligned to the sales process and practice management guidelines.
  • Monitor evaluate and analyze the performance and outcomes of targeted initiatives and identify areas of improvement or innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders and ensure practice management strategies deliver value.
  • Planning allocating and tracking the resources needed for projects and ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Facilitate training learning and knowledge sharing opportunities with stakeholders and team members.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Bachelors Degree Preferred or equivalent of years of experience
    • At least 8 years of experience in a Financial Services sales environment
    • At least 5 years of experience using Salesforce within a Financial Services organization.
    • Experience collaborating crossfunctionally including with IT to engage influence and support partners and stakeholders to drive project and alignment.
    • Experience analyzing data to develop key insights.
    • Proactive and a selfstarter.
    • Ability to think critically with a problemsolving mindset.
    • Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
    • Strong project planning organization and skills.
