Job Description
Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
A Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) is needed in Gardner MA.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in a missiondriven healthcare organization dedicated to serving the underinsured uninsured and lowincome patients in Gardner and surrounding areas. This role is within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a longstanding reputation for providing highquality compassionate care to the community.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $225000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5000

Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday schedule promoting worklife balance 36 clinical hours 4 hours admin)
- Outpatient primary care setting
- No nights or weekends
- Average patient volume: 22 per day
- Minimal oncall rotation
- Full support staff available
- Autonomy in practice
Requirements
- Experience preferred but new graduates will be considered
- Passion for compassionate patientcentered care
- Clear and active medical license in the State of Massachusetts
- MD/DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
