What we are looking for:
Yazaki is looking for an Assistant SCM/ Analyst to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team in El Paso TX. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and actiondriven environment making lasting impacts on the organization.
What you will be doing:
- Support the department with administrative tasks relevant to the needs of internal and external customers by managing all invoices. Provides support for internal customers by providing relevant documents to support payment of invoices. (subjected to change)
- Scan Invoices Daily send to Customers
- Liaison between Distribution and Finance (Accounts Receivable issues etc. to reconcile discrepancies.
- Provide Invoices and proof of delivery documents requested by YNA Finance customers CS etc.
- Process Direct Shipments
- Process Debit/Credit Memos
- Process RMAs
- Process STO as requested (usually daily)
- Register Parts for plant 1072 or any special request
- Maintain Inbound and Outbound logs Update Actual Cost as received by YNA Finance Dept.
- Track Debit & Credit Memos for Domestic and Affiliate Customers
- Rebill shipments through small package carriers when billed incorrectly work with carriers to bill to correct account
- Archive files Invoices
- Upload all AETCs to SAP daily & keep and copy and file
- Keep track of annual Motivations for Audits
- Reports as requested.
- Code and correct charges on Monthly Nvision Report provided by YNA Finance
- Monitor drop location daily
- Assist Customer Service with different tasks when needed.
- Order office supplies and tracks usage
- Process Balance forms out as requested.
- Process Shut Down forms as requested.
- Manually Update pricing as requested by Finance and reinvoice.
- Cancel Invoices as needed
- Maintain Customer Service Contact List updated as needed in SharePoint
- Coordinate meetings and special events
- Support CCC Sales data corrections for Finance Invoicing.
- Supports corporate policies and departmental policies
- Supports EMS/QMS policies and procedures
- Supports health and safety policies
What you will bring to the table:
- Associates Degree in Related field; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Required: MRP Planning and/or Customer service experience
- Some Domestic and international travel is required.
- Bilingual in Both English and Spanish
- Microsoft Suite SAP and BEAMS experience preferred
- Weekends and afterhours sometimes required
