Job Description
Our company is a growing marketing and customer acquisitions firm located in the Corona area. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our marketing and customer service team to support our expanding client and customer base. Our company is built on the firm belief in providing superior customer service and providing true value to our customers. In return our team of Business Management Trainees is the key to this approach as we help our clients manage their customer acquisitions and sales needs.
Business Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing relationships with customers and build rapport to generate new customer acquisitions
- Present products and services to customers with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
- Cultivate new sales opportunities within assigned territories through onsite visits
- Work within our diverse team environment and support all team members
- Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory
- Work with other team members to increase service product customer loyalty and answer any customer inquiries
Business Management Trainee Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service sales or other related fields
- Selfmotivated determined and confident
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Bachelors Degree is preferred (not required)
- Travel is required
