Team Member Essentials:
- Active NC massage therapist license..
- Carry liability insurance.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients spa management and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular Myofascial Trigger Point PreNatal Craniosacral Reiki Deep Tissue) but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!

- $55 $60 per hour including enhancements and gratuity
- Full time LMTs performing 25 50minute hands on services can earn $71500 $78000 annually.
- Part time LMTs performing 15 50minute hands on services a week can earn $42000 $46000 annually.

Hand and Stone Fuquay Varina massage therapists receive the support to expand their knowledge professionalism and career in any direction they choose.
- Customize treatment plans based on individual clients.
- Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
- Generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.
